Caretaker - Full-time, live-out, Estate Caretaker, Atlanta/Buckhead, GA Do you consider yourself to be a Jack-of-all-trades? If so, this may be just the position for you. This opportunity will require handyman skills as well as your ability to wear many hats for both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Your responsibilities are to include: Outdoor maintenance, yard work, minor repairs, cleaning windows, deliveries and pick ups, errands, occasional driver for family members/guests, painting, and other reasonable requests that may be made relating to the estate. Must be pet friendly and enjoy pitching in, in the care of two dogs. Must be able to work with no direction and be hands-on and flexible on occasion. This position is a Tuesday-Friday work week, with the hours of work being, 7:00am-3:00pm each day. This position has the potential to have more hours added to the existing schedule. A car/truck will be provided for your use in work related activities. Cook - Full-time, live in, Cook/Light housekeeper, Outer Banks/Corolla, NC Life at the beach! Two story retreat with 10 bedrooms, fitness facility, heated pools, hot tubs and grass volleyball courts are accommodations that are featured at this relaxing, get away retreat. To complete the staff at this facility, we are looking for a top-notch, cook/light housekeeper. A housekeeper comes in once per week for the "deep clean", you are only responsible for the light clean/pick-up. You can enjoy your days to relax and do as you please. Your off duty hours are from 9:00am-5:00pm. Your "on call" hours are from 10:00pm-9:00am, each day. You will be responsible for the cooking for the house guests, which is on the average of 5-9 at any given time. Other responsibilities are to include: shopping, occasional errands, transporting of the house guests and preparing packed lunches for the next day. Alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted on the grounds. Any certifications that you have such as CPR and First Aid training are a plus as well as being able to prepare healthy meals for the guests. House Manager - Full-time, Live-in, House Manager, Gainesville, GA- 30504 This position can be designed for a couple or for a single person with House Manager experience. Must be able to wear many hats and offer flexibility to the client. Light housekeeping/cooking, errands, arranging for repairs and maintenance and all general household management will be required. You will be required to live on this lake property in seperate quarters from the main home. The family owns three homes and divides their time between them and lots of travel. Housekeeper - Full-time, live-out, housekeeper, Lower West Side/NYC Busy lower West side family with two working parents is in search of an experienced, loving housekeeper who will pitch in with nanny duties for their sons ages 8, 6 and 5. Schedule: (40 hour work week based on the hours listed below) Monday… 7 – 12 noon Thursday 7-12 noon Tuesday and Wed 7-7 and stay over Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Private room with bathroom will be available for those nights. Friday make up the rest of the hours is 7-1 Alternately, Friday hours could be added to Monday and Thursday to make it a 40 hour week (Theoretically, the position could be a Monday – Thursday some weeks ) Could be described as ½ laundry and heavy homekeeping ( major cleaning -bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, windows, etc.) as well as keeping the house neat at all times and ½ taking care of the kids (getting them ready for school in the morning, taking them to school, cooking for them, bathing them, taking them to activities after school). On nights when this housekeeper is asked to stay over, she will be covering childcare monitoring and be a presence in the house should parents be kept late at work.(Boys are all in bed by 8:00 but parents may be kept late at work till much later). On Tuesday and Wednesday, nanny is off and job becomes primarily childcare with basic upkeep and tidying of the home. Although the family’s 11-8 p.m. nanny has been cooking 5 nights a week, this housekeeper should be open to cooking (although it will be only primarily cooking breakfast for the boys). Must understand good nutrition, or open to learning what the family considers such English as a first or close… physically fit, family resides in a town house with many stairs and boys are fit and active. Must be extremely punctual, boys must be delivered to school on time as well as parents may need to have a quick word with nanny before they rush out to their positions as well. This is for live-in, in the Hamptons during June-Labor Day and live-out, during the Fall/Winter months at their home in NYC. Summer property includes the main house, pool house, barn house, guest cottage and all upkeep and care of the furnishings.
