Getting Started as a Client

1. To begin your search for qualified domestic staff, simply contact our office to discuss your domestic needs.
   
   
2. After an initial consultation, we will email you an employer information package – or you can fill out the client inquiry form online (click here.)
   
   
3. Once you complete and return to us the employer information package, we will provide you a list of potential qualified applicants who are available at that current time.
   
   
4. Once potential candidates have been selected and their availability has been verified, Estate Domestics will provide you with a record of the candidates' employment history and qualifications for your review. At that time, you may select applicants you wish to interview either by telephone or in person. We will assist in all arrangements for interviews.
   
   
5. Before any initial phone or face-to-face interview takes place, Estate Domestics requires that an agreement be signed and the application fee deposited.
   
   
6. When a candidate is selected for hire, our firm will assist you in negotiating the employee's salary, work schedule, benefits, holidays, and any other details in which our agency can be of assistance to you. Upon acceptance of the offer, a start date is established.
   
   
7. Estate Domestics will grant each client a two-week trial period to ensure the proper candidate has been placed. After the two-week trial, your 90 day guarantee will begin.
   
   
8. Finally, and most important, is our continued support of our clients. We have developed a reputation throughout the industry of being one of the most hands-on domestic staffing agencies. This is a reputation that was earned through follow-up support and continued contact with clients even after their position has been filled.
