Fees and Guarantees for Permanent Staffing
- Estate Domestics is a fee-based domestic staffing firm. We seek prospective domestic employees on behalf of clients by conducting extensive interviews and background checks to determine suitable candidates for specific domestic programs. Estate Domestics handles all negotiations for our clients on subjects such as salary, benefits, hours, vacations, holidays and all other miscellaneous subjects.
- Estate Domestics has a one-time application fee of $250.00 per employee that will be applied toward the full-time placement fee for our United States residents. For employers outside the U.S. , the application fee is $500.00 . The application fee is to be paid up front and covers complete background checks into any potential criminal history, credit reports, motor vehicle records as well as extensive investigations of previous employment, references and recommendations.
- When one of our candidates has accepted an offer, a domestic referral fee is paid to the agency based on the employee's annual salary. This is a one-time fee of 15%, for live-out, and 20%, for live-in, of the employee's first year's gross salary.
- If the employee leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days, Estate Domestics will conduct a second search for the replacement candidates at no further charge to the client.
- Before this hiring process begins, a client must sign an Estate Domestics contract that outlines these procedures and send an application fee. When Estate Domestics receives these two items, which can be paid by check or credit card, then you will receive information on prospective employees.
