Our services are provided in return for a one-time fee of 15%, for live-out, and 20%, for live-in, of the employee's first year's salary. To begin the process of finding an employee, a $250.00 application fee is required to begin your search.
Estate Domestics performs all reference checks as well as numerous background checks on our staffing candidates. You will receive all of these reports along with the candidates' résumés. Once you have interviewed and selected your candidate for employment, Estate Domestics will assist you in negotiating the terms of employment. Payment of Estate Domestics' fee is due prior to the first date of employment. Then you will begin our 90 day guarantee. These policies are Estate Domestics' way of ensuring that you have all the time you need to make the best decision affecting your household needs.
